Thank you for booking a program with Timberline Mountain Guides/Oregon Ski Guides. We strive to meet all of your guiding needs and aspirations. Please be sure to fill out this Registration Form completely and accurately. For your convenience, you may type directly into the fields below and send it back to us by email.
In order to process your request and reserve a guide for your program we will need each member of your group to fill out our Registration Form.
We must receive this form and at least a 50% deposit in advance to process your booking and to confirm your guide and a spot in one of our programs. If registering within 60 days of the trip start date, the full amount is due.
If you plan to schedule a private group climb, the Group Leader will be responsible for all deposits and payments for the entire group. Each individual must still complete our Registration Form.
We are only able to accept and process Visa or MasterCard payments by phone. We do not accept checks or money orders.
